This draft explains Titan's optional Parent Advisor role and the separate legal-guardian consent process. A technical rule does not itself establish legal compliance, and qualified review is required before real-family enrollment opens.

Optional Parent Advisors

An athlete may invite no Parent Advisor, one Parent Advisor, or multiple Parent Advisors during signup or later. Each Advisor receives an expiring, single-use, email-bound invitation, accepts it while signed into a separate confirmed Titan account, and connects to the existing athlete profile. Acceptance never creates or claims a second athlete profile.

A Parent Advisor does not automatically become a verified legal guardian. A verified legal guardian may also be a Parent Advisor, but Titan records those authorities separately.

Parent Advisor access

A currently connected Parent Advisor may view workouts, progress, private Film Room uploads and coach feedback, schedules, check-ins, athlete-Coach messages, goals, measurements, coaching resources, and account or membership status. An Advisor may edit goals, equipment, schedule, training availability, and ordinary profile or setup information; complete workouts for the athlete; enter results; submit check-ins; pay for the athlete; manage the membership; and cancel the membership.

Sensitive identity changes—including legal name, date of birth, country, and age-policy fields—require trusted revalidation or staff review and cannot be used to bypass consent or trial controls. When an Advisor records a workout, result, or check-in, the athlete-facing view may show the athlete's completion while the internal audit record preserves the actual logged-in Advisor as actor.

All athlete-Coach conversations are visible to every currently connected Parent Advisor. Advisor messages identify the sender as a Parent Advisor. Coach Logan may also have a separate conversation with an individual Parent Advisor that is not visible to the athlete. Internal Coach notes remain private from both athletes and Advisors.

Removal

The athlete cannot directly remove a Parent Advisor. A Parent Advisor may remove their own access, and trusted Titan staff may remove an Advisor. Removal immediately ends viewing, messaging, billing, Film Room, progress, and other Advisor capabilities. It does not erase required consent, security, billing, or immutable audit history. If the removed Advisor was also the active verified legal guardian supporting required consent, Titan reevaluates the current country and age rule and locks future intake or coaching access where required.

Age, country, and legal-guardian consent

Athletes must be at least age 6 to create an account. Titan collects country of residence early and evaluates a versioned, reviewed country-and-age rule at a trusted time. If Titan has no approved rule for that country and age, the system fails closed and requires verified legal-guardian consent before full athlete intake or trial activation.

For the reviewed United States technical rule in this draft, athletes under 13 may create only the minimal account and identity records needed to establish the account and obtain consent. Full intake, health-adjacent disclosures, coaching access, and the trial remain locked until the required verified legal-guardian process and current consent are complete. Athletes age 13 or older may proceed independently under that technical rule and may still invite optional Parent Advisors. This description is not a legal conclusion for every user or jurisdiction.

The legal guardian does not need to remain actively logged in after valid consent, but the verified relationship, accepted document version, and consent history remain recorded. Consent withdrawal or loss of the required active guardian causes the system to reapply the current policy and restrict access where required.

Film Room, private content, and AI

Film Room media and coaching content are private by default. Currently connected Parent Advisors can view authorized athlete uploads and Coach feedback. Unrelated users are denied. Titan does not grant public-posting permission through this consent. The client retains ownership and gives Titan only the limited service permission described in the coaching agreement.

Titan does not use youth or client data for AI/model training unless a separate, specific consent is offered and accepted. That consent defaults to false, and no active Titan feature requires it.

Consent statement for final review

The final acceptance screen is intended to confirm that the signer reviewed the Privacy Policy, Online Coaching Agreement, and this Parent Advisor and Minor Consent document; is using their own account; provided accurate relationship information; understands Parent Advisor and legal-guardian authority are different; and, when acting as the legally required guardian, affirmatively accepts the exact current consent version for the identified athlete. The final wording and verification method require qualified legal review.
