This draft describes the intended privacy practices for Titan Athlete Performance's online coaching service and Athlete HQ. It is not a claim that the service complies with every law in every country. The final policy must be reviewed for the places where Titan offers the service.

Information Titan collects

Titan may collect account identity and contact details; athlete name, date of birth, country, sport, team, position, goals, equipment, schedule, training history, and ordinary profile details; injury, limitation, soreness, pain, and other health-adjacent coaching information; workouts, results, measurements, progress, check-ins, messages, reports, and coaching feedback; private Film Room video and related media; membership, subscription, invoice, payer, and billing-status records; consent, relationship, invitation, security, audit, delivery, and support records; and essential browser, session, bot-prevention, and request metadata.

You may optionally provide gender and body weight, including the measurement unit, to help personalize coaching. Neither field is required to use Titan. These details follow the same athlete-scoped access, consent, retention, and deletion controls as other coaching-profile information.

Titan does not intend to store complete payment-card details. Payment providers handle those details. Titan does not use client data for advertising or artificial-intelligence or model training unless a separate, specific consent is offered and accepted. That optional AI/model-training consent defaults to false and is not required for any active Titan feature.

Why Titan uses information

Titan uses information to authenticate users, prevent abuse, connect separate family accounts to the correct athlete, evaluate age and country consent rules, deliver and personalize coaching, communicate with clients, review Film Room submissions, measure progress, administer trials and memberships, process or reconcile billing, answer support and privacy requests, protect the service, preserve required consent and audit evidence, and meet legal or accounting obligations after qualified review.

Parent Advisors, guardians, and youth data

A connected Parent Advisor can see and manage the athlete information described in the Parent Advisor and Minor Consent document. Parent Advisor authority is separate from verified legal-guardian authority. When country, age, or an approved Titan rule requires legal-guardian consent, full athlete intake and trial activation remain locked until that process is complete.

An athlete age 6 or older may create a minimal account. While required consent is pending, Titan limits collection to the account, athlete identity, country, age-policy decision, relationship, invitation, consent, security, and audit information needed to establish the account and obtain consent. Unknown or unreviewed jurisdiction rules fail closed rather than silently allowing full intake.

Film Room and private content

Film Room uploads, coach feedback, messages, check-ins, progress, and reports are private by default. Access is limited to the athlete, currently authorized Parent Advisors or verified guardians, assigned staff with the required capabilities, and trusted service workflows. Titan does not provide a public-posting permission through Athlete HQ. Clients keep ownership of their uploads and give Titan only the limited permission needed to store, process, review, display, and delete the material to provide the service.

Providers and international processing

Titan uses service providers including Supabase for authentication, database, and private storage; Cloudflare and Turnstile for hosting, security, and delivery; Resend for transactional email; Stripe for payment services when live billing is separately authorized; and the designated support mailbox when users reply. Those providers process information for their service functions under their own terms and configured retention. Information may be processed in a country different from the user's country. Titan intends to offer the online service worldwide where permitted, but final international terms and transfer disclosures require qualified review.

Cookies and authentication

Titan uses essential cookies and similar storage for passwordless authentication, durable sessions, security challenges, safe return paths, intake preferences, and expiring invitations. Closing a browser may not end a session. Local sign-out is intended to sign out only that device. Titan does not currently use advertising cookies or marketing analytics pixels.

Transactional email

Titan uses email for account confirmation, sign-in, recovery, invitations, security, coaching-service notices, and billing-service notices. Titan does not send marketing email under this draft. Recipients may still receive service messages needed to operate or secure an active account.

Retention and deletion

Titan intends to provide a seven-day deletion window for eligible account-deletion requests and an automatic post-membership deletion workflow described in the coaching agreement. A timely eligible restoration or resubscription may stop deletion during that window. Deletion should remove active account, athlete, relationship, coaching, message, and private media data where the approved workflow permits.

Titan may retain minimal redacted tombstones or immutable evidence needed for one-trial-per-athlete enforcement, fraud and security, consent history, billing and accounting, disputes, and audit integrity. Provider backups, logs, delivery evidence, and financial records may follow separate retention limits. Final periods and exceptions require qualified review.
