This draft applies to Titan's online coaching subscription. Local or in-person coaching is separate and is not purchased under this online agreement.
Online coaching service
Titan may provide personalized lacrosse development, athletic performance, or combined programming through Athlete HQ. Features may include a Blueprint, scheduled workouts, progress tracking, check-ins, messages, reports, coaching resources, and private Film Room review. Coach Logan's normal response target is within 24 hours, but a particular response time is not guaranteed during emergencies, provider outages, or circumstances outside Titan's reasonable control.
Seven-day no-card trial
An eligible athlete may receive one seven-day trial ever. No payment card is required to start it. The trial starts only after required onboarding, country and consent evaluation, any required guardian process, and the trusted automatic trial-start workflow are complete. A starter workout is assigned for the selected coaching track, full trial benefits become available, and Titan targets a custom program within 24 hours. Publishing the custom program does not restart or extend the seven-day clock.
Duplicate submissions, new logins, account deletion, or returning later do not create another trial for the same athlete. Titan retains the minimal trial-eligibility tombstone needed to enforce this rule.
Price, payment, and renewal
The intended online subscription price is $89 USD per month for every coaching track, plus applicable taxes. It renews automatically each month until canceled. Available payment methods may include card and Apple Pay when supported and separately verified. Live charges remain disabled until Titan receives the exact owner authorization required by its release controls.
An athlete or currently connected Parent Advisor with billing authority may subscribe before the trial ends. A verified paid subscription ends the trial and starts paid access without creating another athlete profile. The price accepted at subscription is intended to remain grandfathered while that subscription stays continuously active. A returning member after cancellation accepts the then-current price.
Cancellation, failed payment, and refunds
An athlete or any currently connected Parent Advisor with billing authority may manage or cancel the athlete's membership, even if another authorized person originally paid. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Titan does not offer membership pauses. Removing a Parent Advisor immediately removes that Advisor's billing-management authority.
A failed or unverified payment locks paid coaching access immediately while leaving the subscription and account-resolution screen available. Access resumes only after trusted provider reconciliation confirms an eligible paid state.
Payments are nonrefundable except for a verified duplicate charge, billing error, or another refund required by applicable law. Cancellation does not refund unused time in the current period. Serious rule violations may end access immediately without a refund for unused paid time, subject to qualified review and applicable law.
Training risk and health information
Training and sport involve risk of soreness, injury, illness, property damage, and, in rare cases, serious harm. Clients are responsible for using an appropriate space and equipment, following instructions, stopping when an activity feels unsafe, and seeking qualified medical care when needed. Titan online coaching is not medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, emergency service, or a substitute for a licensed healthcare professional. Injury, limitation, pain, or health-adjacent information is used to adjust coaching and should be accurate and current.
Client uploads and service license
Clients keep ownership of their Film Room uploads and other original material. They give Titan a limited, private, nonexclusive permission to host, process, display, review, annotate, and delete the material only as needed to provide, secure, and administer the service. Titan does not receive public-posting rights through Athlete HQ and does not use client content for AI/model training without separate explicit consent.
Acceptable use, suspension, and termination
Clients must not misuse accounts, share credentials, impersonate another person, bypass age or consent controls, upload unlawful or unauthorized material, harass others, attack the service, or interfere with another athlete's data. Titan may suspend access while investigating security, billing, safeguarding, or serious conduct issues. Ordinary Coach accounts do not have owner-level permanent-termination authority unless a trusted workflow specifically grants it.
When an eligible membership ends and no restoration occurs, Titan intends to lock coaching access and begin the approved deletion window. Minimal redacted records may remain for trial eligibility, security, consent, accounting, and immutable audit purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
New Jersey law and disputes
This draft selects New Jersey law, without resolving which mandatory laws may also apply to a particular user. Before filing a claim, the parties should first send a written description to titanlacrossedevelopment@gmail.com and make a good-faith attempt at informal resolution. If the issue is not resolved, the draft selects the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. Qualified review must confirm the final governing-law and forum language, especially for international and consumer users.
